Design

From the very beginning, our technical staff provide help and guidance on the design of your components. We will also offer our technical advice on the chosen material and the surface finish that is required. We will always look to reduce cost where possible, adding value for our customers.

Tolerances

Our general tolerance is ±0.01-0.05mm but we regularly work to the nearest micron.

Lead Time

With large capacity comes short lead times. We are often delivering finished components in medium batch sizes to our customer within 2 week from receiving the Purchase Order with the correct drawings. We are customer orientated and our aim is to deliver components in schedule with your requirements. We would be more than happy to discuss our lead times further with you.

Materials

We are always machining components in a wide variety of materials. Most commonly we machine components from aluminium but we also regularly machine Stainless Steel, Brass, Nylon, Delrin and Acetal (just to name a few). If we have not mentioned the material you require, please get in contact. We would be pleased to discuss your requirements.

Machining Free Issued Components

We are experienced subcontract CNC machinist regularly machining free issued Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Castings/Components from prototype to production batch quantities.

Surface Finishes

We offer in house heat treatment, alochroming, anodising. We would be happy to provide a quote for any additional surface requirements from one of our approved sub-contractors.

Inspection and Quality

Quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing process. Components are inspected individually to ensure they perfectly match the drawing. We are dedicated to quality control – as specified in our QA Manual. We are proud to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. This level of quality ensures consistently high standards are met.

Packaging

All of our components are packed carefully and securely to ensure they arrive to you in the condition they left us. We use leading courier services and deliver using Express Service (next day delivery). If you require a different type of service, please let us know.
